With more than a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, Holden joined Hallmark in January of 2025 after spending over six years on Hilton’s corporate revenue management team. Having worked in both hotels and restaurants, Holden has held a variety of roles, giving him a well-rounded perspective on the guest experience. Passionate about driving revenue and optimizing hotel performance, he is always looking for ways to improve and innovate. “Better than yesterday” is his favorite Hallmark value, as he believes in continuous learning and progress. Holden was born and raised in Houston, TX, and outside of work, he enjoys cooking, woodworking, and playing basketball. He and his wife love to explore the outdoors and frequently hike the PNW with their two dogs, Phoebe and Stella
