Fourth of July on the Oregon Coast

Published on June 30, 2015

Fourth of July on the Oregon Coast

This year we are holding the 2nd annual Weenie Roast on the 4th of July weekend!

From 11:30am to 2pm. Hot dogs, sausages, chips, soda, cookies, giveaways for the kids, doggie treats for your 4-legged friends. Great fun for everyone.

As a reminder the city of Cannon Beach doesn’t allow fireworks on the beach.

4th of July Events on the Oregon Coast

The Oregon Coast hosts many excellent 4th of July fireworks displays and Independence Day celebrations.

Most of the fireworks events will be on the 4th in 2015, but there are several notable exceptions such as Pacific City and Waldport which do their shows on Friday July 3rd. If you plan to attend a show, make sure you plan lots of extra time for traffic congestion and parking. Many coast cities also have parades and other activities during the day on Saturday, so come early, and make a day of it. You’ll have plenty of time to find just the right spot to watch the fireworks.
